Kosu Boudreau, RP, MSW, RSW –

I am a psychedelic assisted psychotherapist from Toronto, Canada with over 18 years’ experience as a therapist working with trauma, addictions, spirituality and end-of-life care. I maintain a private practice that focuses on psychedelic facilitation and integration, and provide therapeutic support for psilocybin journeys at a retreat centre in Jamaica. I use an integrated, somatically-grounded, experiential approach, which includes: AEDP™, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy (PAP). All of these experiential therapies emphasize integration of mind/body/spirit and give primacy to the importance of relationship, meaning and connection with authentic self. I am also an experienced group facilitator, yoga teacher and movement medicine practitioner.
