I have been a psychotherapist for over thirty years, working with both individuals and couples. My initial approach was psychoanalytic but AEDP training, with its emphasis on emotions and healing, has greatly enriched and deepened my work. I am also certified in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, which is influenced similarly by new neuroscience research and has a focus on the experiential. It is both exciting and rewarding to accompany my clients on the journey of healing and emotional growth that these newer therapies offer..
