Description
I have been working under a supervisor in AEDP since 2014.
Mirroring my colleagues in AEDP, I focus on growth and ultimately how psychotherapy can cultivate the higher reaches of human potential.
I work with adults, couples, children and adolescents.
AEDP is my core approach but I integrate other approaches appropriately. Notably mindful techniques, breathwork, Focusing, and other experiential methods.
