My goal in working together is to illuminate long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that are holding you back. Helping you understand yourself better and gaining perspective on your situation are the first steps towards healing. My approach to therapy includes AEDP and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My work draws from complementary disciplines that include interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, affective neuroscience, mindfulness, and body-focused approaches that give us the tools to help you achieve your goals.
