I am a registered social worker (RSW) and help clients believe in themselves and feel less alone when life isn’t going their way. I provide support to individuals struggling with their mental health including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and trauma. I also, work with clients experiencing ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) symptoms. I believe you’re more than who you were and that it’s never too late to start over.
