I have a virtual practice and am licensed to work with clients living in New York State. I believe we all want to feel safe, to feel genuinely seen and known, to have meaningful relationships, to be able to weather challenges, and to feel, deep down, that we are good enough. I strive to bring radical acceptance and attunement to my clients. Human behaviors and beliefs are grounded in survival—when we better understand our inner patterns, when all of our parts feel safe and not alone, then we tap into our brain's natural ability to learn and transform throughout life. As flowers turn toward the sun, humans are evolved for resilience. I work closely with clients to rediscover the natural inner resources for healing that lies within each of us.
