I specialize in treating complex trauma experiences unique to men and the LGBTQ community including issues related to childhood/adolescent dynamics, inappropriate/misguided parental/caregiver boundaries, emotional neglect, religious shame/abuse, sexual identify shame.
I provide psychoeducation on the brain body connection. I teach effective easy daily skills that ground the body, calm the mind, manage intrusive and disruptive thoughts, and learn to stay present.
