While I work with clients across the lifespan on a variety of topics, I specialize in the following:
-Adolescents (ages 12ish-25ish) who may be presenting for a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety/panic, eating disorders, OCD, trauma, ADHD, depression, and self-injurious behaviors/suicidality.
-Transitional-Age Youth (16-25) who may be struggling with navigating this transitional phase of life and having associated stressors
-Adults with complex trauma, eating disorders, anxiety/panic disorders, OCD, and depression
-Those looking to understand and heal relational or attachment traumas/wounds to have healthier relationships with themselves and others
