Andy is a Clinical Psychologist, and a Family Therapist by the Ackerman Institute of New York. Since 2016 She´s been deeply committed managing a community program of assistance to Transgender Youth and their families based in an affirmative approach. In her private practice, she works with emerging adults (clients in their 20s and 30s) helping them to heal emotional wounds, develop self-compassion and self-confidence, cultivate meaningful relationships, find joy and purpose in their personal and professional lives.
Andy arrived to AEDP with background in experiential therapies, including Person Centered Approach, Emotion Focused therapy, DBT and more recently relational focused EMDR. These influences are deeply intertwined throughout her work.
