I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NY State and Japanese-Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I have worked internationally with adult individuals with social anxiety, self-criticism and judgement, traumas and acculturation/bicultural issues.
My approach is a combination of AEDP and Focusing. Both approaches focus on your somatic experiences and help promote connection with your authentic self, so you will feel yourself fully. I love helping people I work with to be fully confident in who they are, both around other people and on their own, and bring them to a place that they can love themselves from their hearts without toxic self-loathing.
