Description
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. I am also a trained EMDR therapist. I believe that at our core, we are resilient and possess the strength and power needed to live our best lives. But sometimes we need help. Alone we may feel stuck, lost, not sure how to move forward, but together, with the interactive help of another, we can achieve great things.
