I work with adults of all ages who struggle with interpersonal relationship issues, trauma history, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, imposter syndrome, and burnout. With over a decade of experience as a psychologist, my approach is integrative, experiential, and relational, rooted in attachment theory, AEDP, Internal family systems, mindfulness/contemplative based, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed.
My goal is to help clients connect more deeply to their core selves with acceptance, openness, and compassion so they may gain a greater sense of wholeness and health. I aim to help individuals build deeper connections and better relationships with the people and things that matter most to them and develop a greater sense of safety, trust, and purpose. At the heart of my work is a desire to help people become liberated from the various traumas and stuck places of the past, as well as from any systems of oppression impacting how they show up in the world.
I see clients virtually who reside in New York or California.
