Therapists included in this directory are listed according to their level of training in AEDP (i.e. roughly number of AEDP training hours); AEDP Level does not correlate to the therapist’s overall experience as a clinician. To learn more about AEDP Levels, click here.

My goal is to help clients connect more deeply to their core self with acceptance, openness, and compassion. I aim to help individuals build deeper connections and better relationships with others, a greater sense of safety and trust within themselves, and liberation from various systems of oppression impacting how they show up in the world. I believe that at our core we are all good enough, worthy, and capable of growth and wholeness if we have the right support, tools, and systems in place to nurture us.
With over a decade of experience as a psychologist, my areas of speciality include working primarily with millennials, in particular men, who struggle with interpersonal relationship issues, trauma history, depression and anxiety, self-esteem, imposter syndrome and burnout. I use an integrative approach rooted in AEDP/attachment therapy, Internal family systems, mindfulness/contemplative based, and trauma-informed.
I see clients virtually in the state of New York and California.
