I help individuals overcome relationship issues, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, work stress, and unresolved grief. I often work with creative people and high achieving individuals in tech. I specialize in men's issues across adulthood and frequently help men connect to their emotional intelligence and their capacity for depth in relationships. I welcome people of all backgrounds and cultures to my practice and honor each person's unique lived experience.
I use a mindful, experiential, emotion-focused approach to foster self-compassion and acceptance. My style is warm, engaging, and open. I incorporate approaches such as Mindfulness, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
I reserve a portion of my practice for military veterans and have extensive training and experience with veterans of all ages.
