I am passionate about supporting clients through their struggles and consider it a real privilege to be a part of such meaningful work. I work with adults (19+) experiencing burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, and issues related to difficult early life events and experiences. My approach is primarily experiential, process-oriented, attachment-based, and emotion-focused. This means that I pay attention to moment-to-moment experiences throughout our time together and attend to them with gentle curiosity and mindful noticing.
