I believe in the essential healing power of safe, secure and supportive relationships that privilege and facilitate emotional experiencing, and help people be more self determined while balancing their needs to be in relationships. Fitting with this belief, AEDP has become my primary model for studying and practicing psychotherapy with adults, alongside my study and practice of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFCT) with couples, and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and EFT (EFFT) with families. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, all faiths affirming (including atheism), all-bodies affirming, multi-culturally affirmative, sex positive (kink aware), and deliver services to adults, couples, and families, as well as EFT and AEDP supervision to practitioners in training.
