I work with adolescents, adults, and families who are struggling to connect to themselves and with those in their lives. I'm also trained in and work from an emotionally-focused and attachment-oriented perspective. I love working with parents to help them understand the needs of their adolescent children. Also trained by Dr. Brené Brown, I'm passionate about helping people heal from chronic shame.
