I’m a registered social worker with the OCSWSSW in Ontario, Canada. I have been treating clients with many presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, individual, couples, and family related needs for years. I have also supported extensively with young adults, caregivers, and the family system to work through acute, chronic, and complex trauma including intergenerational trauma.

Specialty areas include: university students, adult family work and family system work, and/or multiracial/mixed/bi racial identities.

What’s more important is that I have a passion for connecting with others, hearing their stories, and helping them create and achieve their goals. I openly welcome referrals for all mental health related needs and happy to do a free consultation.
