Hello - I have a private practice outside of Portland, Oregon where I work with individual adults and provide supervision and consultation services to clinicians. In addition to my clinical practice, I bring over 20 years of yoga experience to my work. I'm a certified yoga teacher and studied Yoga Nidra meditation extensively with psychologist, Dr. Richard Miller. It was my background in yoga that opened me to the experiential and transformational healing aspects of AEDP. I bring warmth, humor and authenticity to my work as both an AEDP Therapist and Supervisor.
