I'm a therapeutic counsellor and Level 1 AEDP therapist.
I love helping people to get in touch with their inner wisdom, and to find more freedom, centredness and aliveness.
My mission is to walk alongside people as they discover their innate capacity for healing; I notice, tend to and nourish the green shoots of transformation, co-creating a healing relationships of safety and trust where deep feelings can be honoured and explored, and healing, change, and growth can happen.
