I am a licensed clinical professional counselor who enjoys working relationally and somatically. We are each on our own journey, attempting to do the best we can with what we have – and then life’s events happen to us. We can end up feeling entrenched in patterns of behaviors and thinking that are limiting and discouraging. AEDP is the foundation from which I approach my therapeutic practice. Accompanying clients on their unique journey, being a witness to their transformation is an honor and a very sacred place that I hold high regard and very guardedly.
