I enjoy helping couples transform their way of understanding and communicating with one another while helping them create a deeper connection. I have a an empathic, equitable approach to working with partners, so they both feel heard, understood and supported. In my work with individuals I use my skills and training in trauma therapy to help them heal and overcome the blocks that may have prevented them from achieving their life's potential.
