Hi, I’m Gail Smith (she/her), a licensed psychotherapist based in Brooklyn. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection—and that we all have an inner drive toward growth, even in the face of pain. I integrate AEDP with psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to support clients in accessing their core emotions, building self-compassion, and transforming longstanding patterns. I specialize in working with Asian, queer, creative, and neurodivergent individuals navigating identity, trauma, anxiety, and relational challenges.
