I partner with clients who are ready to restore joy, aliveness, and connection for the sake of personal and collective liberation. I understand the many ways that trauma and oppression force us to survive, often cuts us off from our inherent right to safety, dignity, and belonging. By co-creating a space to be authentically themselves, I support clients to reconnect to an embodied sense of self-trust and self-worth. Unafraid of silence, humor, anger, or tears, I welcome all parts of clients as they are.
