I work with individual adults 18 yrs and older. I use multiple therapy approaches to deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life change. I help men become more emotionally connected. I help women find their voice, feel stronger inside, and reduce anxiety. Some of the therapies I use include CIMBS (complex integration of multiple brain systems), Lifespan Integration, Attachment Focused EMDR, along with relational psychotherapy informed by AEDP and some somatic training (including mindful awareness).
