I am an integrative psychotherapist working at the intersection of trauma healing, attachment repair, and deep experiential change. My practice draws heavily from AEDP, Internal Family Systems, and contemporary family-systems models, with a focus on creating safety, fostering emotional coherence, and supporting transformation through relational connection.

I accompany individuals, couples, and families navigating complex emotional and relational realities — including trauma histories, attachment wounds, religious identity, and high-pressure family and community systems. I work with clients slowly and steadily, with equal parts gentleness and precision, helping them soften protective strategies and access core affect, self-compassion, and connection.

Alongside my clinical work, I am completing my MSc in Psychotherapy Studies (NSPC / Middlesex University), where my research explores how therapists in Chassidic communities integrate experiential psychotherapy with traditional relational and spiritual frameworks.

My approach is rooted in presence, attunement, and a belief in the innate capacity for healing when the nervous system feels safe enough to unfold. I integrate somatic awareness, parts work, and attachment-based interventions, and I hold sacred the courage it takes to show up and feel.

Jerusalem-based, working internationally on Zoom; experience with diverse religious and cultural backgrounds.
