I am a Somatically trained relational Psychotherapist who blends together AEDP & EMDR to work with growing one's relationship to themselves and their loved ones in a present-focused, non-shaming, and regulating way. Making room for deepening and sharing our experiences together is not only therapeutic in my mind, but is part of being part of evolving our human condition forward into increasing health, healing, and a positive social landscape. I love working with individuals, couples or small groups wanting to grow themselves forward in a positive and life-giving way. I hold a special interest in learning about the somatic wisdom in anxiety, healing ruptures within one's relationship to themselves or others, and working together towards greater harmony and growing resolutions that includes building capacity for intimacy, tenderness and safety within relationships.
