I specialize in helping adults and older teens (16+) who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem and trauma. I provide a nurturing, tender and understanding space in which our connection creates the safety for growth to occur. I am not afraid of your darkest thoughts or deepest sorrows.
