I work with individuals ages 15 years and up and couples. I am a highly relational therapist, bringing together AEDP and Bionian psychodynamic approaches. I am also Gottman Method informed and am completing a certification in psychedelic assisted therapy in October of 2023. My background in Ayurvedic medicine also influences my work, infusing it with Eastern sensibilities and an awareness of constitutional influences.
