I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the State of California working with individuals on topics that address emotional and interpersonal issues. I utilize an integrative approach that incorporates elements of attachment theory and experiential processes. My goal is to create a safe space for fostering therapeutic relationships. I promote supportive and empathic environments for Individuals that have anxiety , depression or are just feeling stuck in life. My approach is inclusive so together we will explore these places and discover ways to heal and grow while working at a pace that is comfortable and feels supportive
