I'm an experienced, integrative therapist, working with individuals & couples. Specialisms include working with business-executives & relationship therapy. As well as extensive AEDP training (in individuals & couples), Ive also trained-in & utilise a range of other experiential, trauma and neuro-informed approaches, including: Internal Family Systems (IFS); Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT); Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP, a sister therapy to AEDP); EMDR; Brainspotting; Deep Brain Re-orienting (DBR, an emerging approach); Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Process Work; Complex Integration of Multiple Brain Systems (CIMBS); plus a number of psychodynamic/psychoanalytic approaches.
