I believe meaningful change happens when we pause, listen inwardly, and bring fresh awareness to thepatterns shaping our lives. My role is to create a space where all parts of you are welcome — and where you can step into new ways of relating, leading, and living.

CORE PRINCIPLES THAT GUIDE MY WORK
Relational and trauma-informed – growth happens in relationship, not in isolation.
Whole-person focus – I work with mind, body, and emotions together.
Liminality and transition – I specialize in times when the old ways no longer fit and the new hasn’t yet arrived.
Discernment and integration – I help you clarify what matters and align choices with your deeper values.
Creativity and innovation – I tailor each process to meet you where you are.
Therapy is a place to bring all of who you are — your struggles, hopes, and questions — and to feel met with warmth and respect. I work with individual adults, adolescents, and families, creating a safe space for healing and growth.

In our work, I listen deeply, reflect patterns, and help you connect with both the pain that has shaped you and the possibilities that are emerging. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and support your journey toward greater wholeness and freedom.

AREAS OF FOCUS INCLUDE:
Anxiety, depression, and overwhelm
Family and relationship challenges
Identity, self-worth, and belonging
Overcoming people-pleasing, perfectionism, and burn-out
Recovery from trauma, shame, or addiction
Life transitions and uncertainty

MY STYLE:
Relational, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded. I tailor our work to what will support you most, bringing bring tools from Depth and psychodynamic psychology, attachment theory (AEDP), parts work (IFS-informed), somatic awareness (polyvagal theory-informed), mindfulness, creative expression, and trauma resolution (EMDR-trained).
