AEDP® Institute Scholarships

The AEDP® Institute is committed to creating an inclusive learning environment that values diversity, belonging, equity, and inclusion while making AEDP® trainings accessible to clinicians worldwide. To support this mission, we offer limited scholarships to mental health professionals facing financial or other barriers to participation. Standard scholarships provide a 35% tuition reduction and are limited in number.

Scholarships are awarded 1–2 months prior to the start of each course. While they do not cover full costs, they are intended to ease the financial burden. We ask applicants to thoughtfully consider whether they can attend without assistance, or if scholarship support is essential for their participation.

U.S.-Based Scholarships

These scholarships are awarded based on financial need, professional merit, and the populations the therapist works with, with an emphasis on supporting those who bring AEDP to communities that are underserved / have limited access to AEDP.

International Scholarships

These scholarships, targeted to English speakers (our certification courses are taught in English) who live outside the US in a region that has a developed community of AEDP therapists They are awarded based on financial need, professional merit, and the populations the therapist serves. The goal of this program is to support the global growth of AEDP. Scholarship recipients should consider, before applying, whether their licensure, clinical experience and oversight meet the standards required to participate in AEDP certification courses.
