At the heart of my work is relationship — a compassionate, co-created space where healing can unfold at your own pace. As an AEDP-informed therapist, I’m guided by the belief that beneath suffering lies an innate capacity for resilience, transformation, and authentic congruence. In our work together, we intentionally slow down and foster the sense of togetherness, allowing emotions that once felt overwhelming to be met, held, and processed in connection.
My approach is integrative and person-centered, honoring the uniqueness of each individual while drawing from AEDP’s relational and experiential frameworks, as well as mindfulness-based therapies, somatic practices, attachment theory, and compassion-focused work. Through attunement, experiential exploration, and meaningful connection, deep and lasting change becomes possible.
My practice is trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and grounded in an understanding of how lived experience, systemic conditions, and sociocultural contexts shape mental and emotional well-being. This means attending not only to what happens in the therapy room, but also to the broader systems that have shaped each person’s story — with care, humility, and respect.
I do not approach therapy through the lens of “fixing what is broken,” but instead as gently turning toward what longs to be witnessed and accompanied. This is a shared journey toward increased self-compassion, emotional clarity, and access to one’s core self. Through the power of secure therapeutic connection, new experiences can take root — experiences that foster healing, growth, and a renewed sense of possibility.
My practice welcomes neurodiversity and people of all identities and expressions.
