I offer attachment-focused, depth-oriented therapy for those who carry the burden responsibility at work, at home, in the care of others, or in healing from the past. This approach is integrative, somatically-grounded, and neurobiologically-informed, but rooted in something deeper: the exploration of what makes us human.

We will work not only with trauma, burnout, and nervous system overwhelm, but also with meaning, purpose, and self-agency. I specialize in supporting:

Adults healing from complex trauma and the long-term impacts of PTSD

Leaders and professionals navigating pressure, complexity, and identity fatigue

Caregivers—medical, personal, and emotional—who are burning out or breaking down

Those exploring psychedelic-assisted therapy or integrating past journeys.
My professional life has gone through a few interesting shifts. When I was young, I spent time as a performing musician, a bodyworker, a failed monk, and a retail manager - all the while pouring energy into studying psychology and human consciousness.

From that background, I somehow shifted to spend more than 25 years in executive leadership roles in the corporate tech world—both at start-ups and larger enterprises—managing both product and design teams, and navigating IPOs, mergers, and, acquisitions. I worked in some great corporate cultures, and also some incredibly toxic ones, and the latter taught me about the realities of workplace trauma. All the while, I was masking my own inner struggles that impacted both my personal and professional lives.

Outside of my professional path, I spent a number of years serving as a caregiver for immediate family members who were facing terminal cancer. I found myself focused on supporting others and struggling to stay connected to myself in the process.

Like many of the clients I now work with, I excelled at carrying the burden for others, but privately, I sometimes found myself burned out, disconnected, and searching for deeper meaning; I was also watching those around me face the same struggle, often without much support. It was this journey that called me to shift into the work of supporting others who might be facing similar challenges.

In addition to AEDP, I am formally trained in Somatic Experiencing (SE), Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Coherence Therapy (CT), and Existential Therapy. I also provide support for psychedelic integration work.
