My clinical focus is on grief and loss, trauma, and the relational wounds of workplace bullying. I integrate Nonviolent Communication (NVC), which I have practiced since 2010, to help clients find language for what lives underneath their pain — unmet needs, longings, and the relational patterns that began long before words.

As a clinical supervisor, I also support fellow counselors in deepening their presence with clients.
I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. Practicing in Seoul, I offer a culturally attuned space for those navigating Korean family dynamics, intergenerational expectations, and the quiet weight of unspoken feelings.

My hope is to be more than a warm witness — to be someone who is truly with you. AEDP's spirit of "undoing aloneness" is at the center of how I work.
