I provide individual therapy for adults experiencing a wide range of life challenges including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, addiction, complex trauma recovery, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, and sexual orientation issues, as well as the self-management of chronic pain and other chronic health conditions. Since 2019 my practice has focused almost exclusively on supporting healthcare providers including physicians, therapists, nurses as well as teachers.
