Welcome! I'm Natalie. I work with individuals and couples who want a safe, impartial space to work through challenges and build internal resilience. I offer in-person weekend availability, weekday virtual availability, and weekday eco therapy sessions in the Wissahickon.
I often work with people who are navigating heavy responsibilities, struggle to feel safety or belonging, or experience neurodivergence. I use Family Systems, Existential, and Person Centered lenses. I use MI and Solution Focused concepts, and am currently in training for AEDP.
Clients who want support working through relationship conflicts, changes and transitions, goals, big decisions, oppression, confusion, unwanted thoughts and habits, disruptive life events, and/or challenging emotions can reach out by phone for a free 20-minute consultation call.
