Abby S Howard

Abby Howard, MSW, LCSW, CPCC, is a certified EMDR psychotherapist, EMDR Consultant-in-Training and is trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). Utilizing a culturally responsive and relational approach to psychotherapy, Abby is committed to creating spaces for her clients to be fully seen, understood and held with compassion. She believes psychotherapy can be a tool for disrupting privilege and systems of oppression. Abby received her Master of Social Work from the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute.
