About this workshop:
This workshop is an AEDP first! In addition to mental health professionals, it will be also be open to the interested public. A lot of the learning will take place through experiential exercises and through discovering how finding the transformance within can turbo-charge your self healing.

This will be an interactive workshop: a dyadic, collaborative process will be entrained between Diana and the workshop participants, and between the participants themselves.  Much of the learning will take place through experiential exercises aimed at discovering how finding the transformance within can turbo-charge our own self healing. This process is designed to support a maximally AEDP-ish experience and also to foster the emergence of the very positive transformational phenomena that are at the heart of AEDP.

A bit more about this workshop:
Until recently, the mental health field, focused on pathology, lacked concepts to capture the motivational strivings for health. Drawing on neuroscience and developmental research, AEDP rectifies the bias towards pathology: building on our natural resilience, it works by tapping into and making use of our innate healing capacities. For we are wired for healing, self-righting and for resuming impeded growth. That drive for healing that resides in all of us is what transformance is. And it is that drive for healing that we will learn about and work with together in this workshop.

This workshop will make transformance and its harnessing accessible. It will help us all  discover how to access our innate ability to self-heal, and then how to harness transformance on behalf of the self and connection. Together we will work on growing our receptive capacity  so that we can make the most of the vitality and energy that thus become available.

Last but not least, this workshop will be held in a beautiful safe setting, itself devoted to promoting healing and health, making it a wonderful environment for holding us through this work.
