I most often work with people ages 18-35 facing life transitions, addiction, and the resolution of trauma (developmental and acute). My goal is to help people live better, fuller lives with greater insight and internal experiences of peace. I help you achieve this by making sense of your experiences, processing unresolved concerns to completion and equipping you with the skills to feel better.
