I'm Julieanna. I help women identify, evaluate, unwind, heal and grow from inner struggles that create and perpetuate unwanted, often debilitating, mental and emotional stresses.
I am passionate about women's mental health. Our relationships with others often take precedence over our relationship with ourselves. This can have a debilitating effect on our complex internal systems mentally, emotionally, and physically. I help women who are ready to do the work to transform and heal from the effects of life's challenges, traumatic events, and transitions, which can often manifest in the form of anxiety, depression, body image issues, and unhelpful relationships with food. Therapy can be a powerful tool to help you make the changes you want to see in yourself and your life.
