I am a Registered Social Worker offering counselling to adults in English or French.
I work with adults who feel like something is not right in their life; they may feel dissatisfied with themselves or may be experiencing unsettling changes. I help people when they feel stressed, anxious, and may have a sense of loneliness even though not necessarily alone.
