I specialize in treating adults and Veterans with PTSD, complex trauma, attachment and developmental trauma, substance abuse concerns, anxiety, and depression. I additionally work with grief/loss, somatic/chronic pain, interpersonal and relationship challenges, and adjustment challenges.

Experiencing AEDP as a client allowed me to feel deeply seen, heard, and known in ways that I didn't know were possible. Having been in both roles of client and clinician throughout my AEDP training, I deeply understand the power of relationally attuned, emotion-focused, and body-based healing. We all deserve to feel held and understood, and I hope to share that transformational gift with you.

AEDP Level 1

Fees & Insurance: I do not currently accept insurance and all session fees are due at time of service. My rates are $275 for the initial evaluation session and $200 for individual therapy sessions. If your insurance has out-of-network benefits, you can submit for potential reimbursement.
