If you've been told your too much or not enough or too sensitive, I'm here to journey with you. I support the neuro-spicy ones, those who have lived at the margins of life. I'm here for the overwhelm and you're not too much. Experiences I'm often supporting are ADHD, midlife struggles, parenting, transitions, second-generation immigrant experiences, cross-cultural relationships.
