As an RCC, I work within a holistic framework that recognizes the inseparable connection between mental health, and emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. I use evidence-based approaches to support clients with symptoms of anxiety, avoidance, depression and emotional dysregulation; and specialize in working with traumatic stress, loss, interpersonal challenges, and spiritual/religious trauma. There is no one, ‘right’ way to approach wellbeing. Your personal story is your own - formed by your upbringing, physical and emotional conditions, the cultural and social contexts that shape you, and all that you value.

Fees & Insurance: Payment can be made by credit card or etransfer. Check directly with your benefits provider to inquire whether they cover counselling fees with an RCC.
