After more than 30 years as a psychotherapist I have discovered that healing is always possible, that we are so much more than the story we have lived. I have learned this not only from many years of study of diverse approaches to therapy, but also from my personal journey with a wonderful therapist who helped me come home to myself and feel the peace of mind that comes from knowing that it's a good place to be.
