I work with clients navigating ADHD, complex trauma, anxiety, and attachment injuries. My clinical practice focuses on neurodivergent ( including late in life diagnosis), high achieving and LGBTQ2IA individuals. I support those struggling with identity, self-worth, self-critical attitudes, high stress and avoidance. My approach is psychodynamic, trauma informed, attachment-based, somatic, and grounded in harm reduction and anti-oppressive frameworks.

AEDP Level 1

Fees & Insurance: $150 for a 50 minute session, receipts are provided for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider RP's are covered.
