Program Cancellation / Changes
The AEDP Institute reserves the right to cancel a training or program prior to its start, in which case full refunds will be issued for any tuition fees paid. The Institute is not responsible for participant expenses including travel, childcare, missed practice sessions, or other costs.
In the rare situation that the AEDP Institute changes advertised presenter(s), tuition fees will not be refunded.
By adhering to these policies, we aim to ensure a fair and consistent approach to cancellations, refunds, and transfer requests.
Cancellation Policy
Summary: A 15% cancellation fee is calculated on the full course fee, regardless of your payment plan or the amount paid to date.
Canceling 16 or More Days Before a Course or Seminar
- A 15% cancellation fee is calculated on the full course fee, not the amount paid to date
Canceling 1–15 Days Before a Course or Seminar
- No refunds are issued.
- A 15% cancellation fee is applied to the full course fee, not the amount paid to date.
Canceling, Withdrawing, or No-Show on the First Day or During a Course
- No refund or Institute credit will be issued
Transfer Requests
Requests Made 30+ Days Before Course Start (except for Multi-Module Essential Skills (ES1) Courses)
- Requests will be accommodated wherever possible without financial penalty.
Requests Made 1–29 Days Before Course Start (except for ES1 Courses)
- A $200 transfer fee will be applied to the new course.
Participants in Multi-Module Essential Skills (ES1) Courses
- Transfers from one ES1 course series to another are highly disruptive and rarely possible.
- Exception: In rare and extreme circumstances where a transfer is approved, a $200 transfer fee will be charged.
Refund Policy for Institute-Sponsored On Demand (Recorded) Seminars
If you are unsatisfied with an Institute-sponsored (recorded) On Demand Seminar, please email admin@aedpinstitute.org with an explanation of your concern.
We will provide a one-time credit, less a 15% banking and administrative fee, to be applied toward another recorded On Demand Seminar.
