Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfer Requests
We strive to maintain a fair and consistent policy for cancellations, refunds, and transfer requests. Program Cancellation/Changes
The AEDP Institute reserves the right to cancel a training/ program prior to its start, in which case full refunds will be issued to participants for any tuition fees paid for the program. The AEDP Institute is not responsible for participant expenses including travel, childcare, missed practice sessions, etc.
In the rare situation that the AEDP Institute makes changes to advertised presenter(s), tuition fees will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Canceling 16 or More Days Before a Course or Seminar:
- Refund: 85% of the total course cost.
- Administrative Fee: A 15% administrative fee is deducted from the full course cost, not from the amount paid to date.
Canceling 1–15 Days Before a Course or Seminar:
- Refund: No refund.
- Credit: You will receive an Institute credit equal to 85% of the total course cost, which may be applied toward a future course.
Canceling, Withdrawing, or Not Attending on the First Day (or During a Course or Seminar):
- Refund: No refund.
- Credit: No credit.
Transfer Requests
45 or More Days Before Course Start
Transfer requests made 45 or more days before the course begins will be accommodated whenever possible at no additional cost.
1–44 Days Before Course Start
Transfer requests made within 1–44 days of the course start date are subject to a $200 transfer fee.
Multi-Module Essential Skills (ES1) Courses
Transfers between ES1 course series are highly disruptive and therefore rarely permitted.
Exception: In rare and exceptional circumstances where a transfer is approved, a $200 transfer fee will apply.
