Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfer Requests

We strive to maintain a fair and consistent policy for cancellations, refunds, and transfer requests.

Cancellation Policy

• 16 or More Days Before a Course or Seminar
  • Refund: 85% of the course fee.
• 1–15 Days Before a Course or Seminar
  • Refund: Not available.
  • Credit: 85% of the course fee will be issued as an Institute credit for future courses.
• On or After the Course Start Date (Including No-Shows and Withdrawals)
  • Refund: Not available.
  • Credit: Not available.

Transfer Requests

• 45 or More Days Before Course Start
  • Transfer requests will be accommodated whenever possible without a fee.
• 1–44 Days Before Course Start
  • A $200 transfer fee applies.

Multi-Module Essential Skills (ES1) Courses

• Transfers between ES1 course series are highly disruptive and rarely permitted.
• Exception: In rare and extreme cases where a transfer is granted, a $200 fee will apply.
