I provide attachment and neurobiology-based therapy in NY, NJ and VT for adults and teens. I love being a therapist (and a client!) as there is no other relationship like a healthy client-therapist relationship. Therapy is one of the only places one can explore all of our many parts- especially the “flaws” that make us human- while being seen and understood for who we are truly, at our core. Healing and change actually arise naturally in humans when a person feels unalone, understood, brave & playful!

My work includes a lot of interaction- intellectual, emotional and sensory- as I’m seeking all possible ways for a person to feel integrated and self-trust. I’ll ask if you feel heard, what I'm missing, admit when I’m wrong, and tell the truth.

I use research-proven therapies to help rewire neural networks, including AEDP, ACT, CBT, Deep Brain Reorienting, EMDR and IFS. In addition to reducing symptoms and encouraging new skills and patterns, I also focus on what is going well: what feels good, right, true to clients. This gives all of us the energy, courage and reminder of what we're fighting for.
